Shipments and Returns


Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via FedEx with tracking or USPS and drop-off without signature. If you prefer overnight delivery by FedEx, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us at 205-823-6349. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. These fees are fixed for your convenience, with a price of $5 for orders under $200 and $10 for order under $100. Shipping is free for every order over $200.00. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


In-Store Returns:

Any non-clearance item may be returned within10 days after purchase for a full refund if not worn and in original packaging.  Items will be refunded on the original card paid, or with cash if a check was used. Any item brought back after 10 days is eligible for Store Credit or an Exchange.

Clearance items are exchange or store credit only.


Website Returns:

Purchases from all categories except from the "Outlet" may be returned for a full refund of the product ordered, this excludes shipping charges. Customers must contact Ski-N-Stuff within 10 days of the original ship date by email ( or by phone (205-823-6349) if the customer wishes to return a product. The shipping charges to send products back for a refund will be at the expense of the customer. All returned products must be in its original condition, in its original packaging, with its original instructions, tags and accessories. Items returned that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund and consequently the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item back to them. Refunds can only be processed for items purchased from, also note that shipping costs will be waived only if the return is the result of our error. Any of the following items cannot be returned and will be refused if shipped to us for the purpose of a return.


Outlet Returns:

Any item ordered from the "Outlet" page can not be returned for a full refund.  Outlet and clearance items are Exchange and Store Credit only up to 10 days after the orginal ship date.


Customers are responible for all shipping charges. Exchanges are available up to 10 days of original ship date for all Outlet items, and 30 days for all regular priced items. Some exceptions apply.

Store Credit:

Store Credit is filed on your account, does not expire, and can be used towards any purchase.

Special Orders:

Any item provided by any vendor listed under the "Manufacturers" tab on the home page can be special ordered and shipped to you or picked up in the store as long as inventory is available.  Shipping rates do not change. Special Orders can not be returned or exchanged.
